Yesterday's technical tour took place as part of the "Recycling Technology" lecture of the "Sustainable Engineering" degree programme at LUH. There was a theoretical overview of
- the history and development of KraussMaffei,
- the machinery, including its functions and applications, as well as
- KraussMaffei's comprehensive product portfolio.
The students were then given a tour of industrial machine and system concepts and were able to follow the process from the individual part to the fully assembled machine.
Special thanks go to Gerhard Scheel, Head of Development at KraussMaffei, who made this exciting and informative day possible for the students, as well as to David Rapp and Lars Darnede, also from KraussMaffei.
