Thanks to funding from the BMBF and BMUV, the research work on the restoration of seagrass meadows in the southern Baltic Sea can be extended by a further five years and expanded to include additional aspects, such as the development of efficient documentation and monitoring strategies or the assessment of the greenhouse gas balance.
