Short description: High-pressure capillary rheometer with a test force of 75 kN and high-precision pressure measurement. Various capillary types are available, which make it possible to realize variable shear rates. This allows different manufacturing processes to be simulated and also increases the range of materials that can be tested. In addition to the established viscosity measurement, the Rheograph 75 also has add-ons for measuring thermal conductivity and carrying out PVT measurements.

Test materials: Thermoplastic materials

Application: Determination of the structural viscous flow behavior and viscosity of thermoplastics, characterization of the material-specific behavior for the layout of plastics manufacturing processes.
